A 34-year-old motorist has been fined £160 for having an untaxed vehicle.
Jessica Eyshea Leigh Gawne, of Corony Hill, Ramsey, appeared before magistrates on March 5, admitting the offence.
Gawne was driving a Citroen Balingo van, with the tax expired in January 2025.
The court heard that she had taxed it the following day, but only from November.
Defence advocate Stephen Wood said that the vehicle had been off the road until November.
Magistrates also ordered prosecution costs of £50, and payment will be made at a rate of £10 per week.
