A charge of breaching a curfew, against Daniel Luke Maguire, aged 27, of Glen Road, Laxey, has been withdrawn.
It has been alleged that he had breached the 7pm to 10am curfew but the court heard that Maguire had said his mother had misunderstood his bail conditions.
He was said to have left home early to walk from Laxey to Douglas for a probation appointment.
Prosecuting advocate Barry Swain said that the bail breach would be withdrawn.
