Dandara has submitted plans for a third phase of housing at Auldyn Meadow, in Ramsey.
The developer has applied (18/01255/B) for approval for 34 homes on unused scrubland adjoining the first two phases of the development.
The homes are a mixture of two-storey semi-detached homes - with and without garages - two-storey terraced homes and a block of four two-bedroom flats for the elderly.
Planning approval was first granted under 03/00790/B to develop land on the estern side of Gardeners Lane with 137 homes and a further 38 residential plots.
Changes subsequently approved saw the introduction of an elderly mental infirm nursing unit in the place of some of the approved housing. This first phase has been completed.
The second phase of development, comprising 26 homes, is under construction.
Part of that approval included a second road, linking to Gardeners Lane and the creation of a foul drainiage connection to the public system at Poylldooey Road.
