The ninth CAMRA Isle of Man Beer & Cider Festival will take place at the Villa Marina in April, it has been confirmed.

The festival will take place in Easter week, from Thursday, April 9 to Saturday, April 11.

As with previous festivals, the bars will be situated in the Royal Hall with more than 150 real ales and a variety of ciders, perries, fruit wines and mead on offer to customers.

It aims to build on the huge success of last year’s festival where more than 3,000 visitors sampled a vast array of drinks over the three-day festival.

Food will also be available to buy.

Spokesman Roger Cave said: ’Main sponsors are once again advocates Long & Humphrey who are continuing their two-year deal which is most welcome as this provides continuity and stability for the festival.

’This generous sponsorship has allowed us to peg ticket prices to last year’s at £5 per session.’

Tickets will be available in advance from the VillaGaiety box office, the Welcome Centre at the Sea Terminal and online.

They will also be available on the day.
