Ian Rodney Pressley, aged 50, Snugborough Avenue, Union Mills, will face a trial in summary court on November 3.
He has previously denied an offence of common assault, alleged to have been committed on March 4.
He was represented in court by advocate David Clegg.
Bail continues in the sum of £500 with conditions to live at his home address and not to contact witnesses.
