Charlotte Rebecca Dougherty, aged 41, of Ballachrink Drive, Onchan, has appeared in court via video link from the prison.
She has previously denied a domestic abuse offence and common assault.
A trial is scheduled to take place in summary court on June 28.
The case was due for mention only on Thursday (June 8).
Ms Dougherty was represented in court by advocate James Peterson.
No bail application was made and she is remanded in custody.
