A charge of failing to comply with a requirement imposed by the Department of Infrastructure, against Syuleyman Dzhelil, aged 32, of Julian Road, Douglas, has been withdrawn.

He was accused of being on a closed road on August 24 at Glencrutchery Road in Douglas.

The court heard that Mr Dzhelil had agreed to accept a caution and as such, the Crown was offering no evidence.
