University College Isle of Man has launched a new programme of leisure courses starting in September.

It includes more than 200 new courses.

As well as the popular courses that have been a feature of the programme for many years, UCM has added 48 courses this year including acting and voice for all, an introduction to candle making, special occasion makeup for beginners, Manx law, the creative vegan, in which participants discover new ways to cook seasonal produce, and wind, water and ice (the shaping of the Manx landscape).

The courses run at locations all around the island during afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Course duration varies from a half day to 18 weeks.

You can view, sign up and pay for courses online by visiting the UCM website.
