l Writer director Taika Waititi brings his signature style of humour and pathos to his latest film, Jojo Rabbit.

This World War II satire follows a lonely German boy, Jojo (Roman Griffin Davis), who dreams of joining the German army to fight in the second world war.

His world view is turned upside down when he discovers his mother, Rosie (Scarlett Johansson) is hiding Elsa (Thomasin McKenzie), a young Jewish girl, in their attic.

Aided only by his idiotic imaginary friend, Adolf Hitler, played by Taika Waititi himself, Jojo must confront his blind nationalism.

l 42nd Street, the legendary Broadway musical theatre classic, tells the glitzy story of Peggy Sawyer, a talented young performer with stars in her eyes who gets her big break on Broadway.

This is the largest ever staging of the Tony Award-winning musical and it was filmed live at the magnificent Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, in the heart of London’s West End.

Fresh off the bus from small-town America Peggy is just another face in the chorus line on Broadway’s newest show.
