A former nursing home in Douglas could be demolished under new plans.
Care Developments Limited wants to replace Eastfield Mansion with five, four bedroom houses and 10 parking spaces.
The former home is located on Westmount.
Care Developments Limited previously applied to demolish the building but the application was refused.
However, the company says it is not ‘financially viable’ to refurbish the building and has made amendments to the application to make it more ‘sensitive’ to the area.
