There have been 195 new Covid cases in the last 24 hours. This brings the number of active cases up to 893.

One person is currently in hospital with the virus.

Of those cases, seven are travel related, one was locally acquired from a known source, four were locally acquired via an unknown source and the rest are pending investigation.

No one is currently in ICU.

The figures currently on the government website are incorrect.

A spokesperson said: ’We are aware of issue with the figures on the Covid-19 dashboard not tallying.

’This is because the process of tallying is manual and the current volumes mean there is a lag in reporting.

’We are looking at a solution to resolve the issue.’
