A evening to celebrate the heritage of Foxdale will take place at the village’s school on Friday, June 30, at 7pm.
The night will feature speakers, who will share memories of their time in Foxdale and at the school.
Current pupils at the school have created a video featuring important village buildings, which will be shown as well as footage from videos made at the school around and after its opening in 1991/92.
Members of the audience will be encouraged to add their memories and share stories.
There will be refreshments, courtesy of the Friends of Foxdale School, and doors will be open at 6.30pm to allow people to view a small heritage exhibition.
Admission is £1, but for those who have paid their annual Foxdale Heritage membership admission is free.
Membership can be paid on the night and costs £5 for adults and £2 for under 16s or £10 per family.
