Chief Minister Alfred Cannan retained his seat in the House of Keys by finishing second in Ayre and Michael.
Mr Cannan polled 1,090 to finish second behind Keys newcomer Stephen Broad who topped the vote with 1,680.
Enterprise Minister Tim Johnston finished fourth with 746 votes to lose his seat.
