The government has spent £15,000 on a website for its climate change transformation team.

The Net Zero website which provides progress on the island’s commitments to net zero, aims to be the central hub of information relating to climate change to tell people what they can do to cut their own emissions.

Daphne Caine MHK, who chairs the government’s the Climate Change Transformation Board, said: ’We are extremely happy with how the website has turned out.

’The website is an integral part of our strategy to create an engaging narrative for the Manx public about our work towards reaching carbon neutrality and also help people understand the action they can take to reduce their own emissions.’

It was created by PDMS, which is based at the Isle of Man Business Park.

The site’s address is www.netzero.im
