A large hole has appeared in a road at Castletown.

Half of the carriageway on Arbory Road has been coned off near the Friends Provident offices. The road surface has collapsed and a large hole has developed.

Police said a team from the Department of Infrastructure will be inspecting the site later this morning (Saturday).
