A Tesco store in Douglas has been evacuated, with customers being asked to leave the area.

It is not yet clear why the store on Victoria Road has been evacuated, although customers in the shop have told Isle of Man Today that it’s due to ‘health and safety’ concerns.

Tesco have been contacted for comment.
