A 62-year-old man who denies sexual activity in a public place will face a trial before magistrates on April 20 in summary court.

He is accused of committing a sex act during a band’s performance at Shore Road in Peel on August 3.

The man cannot be named, unless convicted, due to anonymity laws introduced by the Manx Government.

He was represented in court by advocate Michael Jelski.

Bail continues.
