Nathan Alexander Orme, aged 30, of Anagh Coar Road, Anagh Coar, has appeared in court accused of three offences.

He is charged with theft, resisting arrest, and being found drunk in a public place.

Mr Orme was represented in court by duty advocate Casey Houareau, who asked for an adjournment until September 14, saying that the defendant wanted time to instruct Stephen Wood and request police body-worn camera footage.

Bail continues in the sum of £500.
