Parking enforcement rules will be implemented at Noble’s Hospital for the first time from today (Friday).

The hospital’s parking areas will be subject to standard law enforcement policies and actively policed.

It includes a requirement that only those with appropriate permits will be entitled to use disabled parking spaces.

Penalties including fines will be issued to those who breach the new regulations.

It also means that vehicles can be checked for in-date tax discs and drivers penalised for parking in restricted areas.

It applies to all parking areas except spaces at Hospice Isle of Man and Manannan Court.
