Douglas Council’s housing committee has confirmed that as of January 15, there was 10 vacant properties in its possession that required attention.

It also reported that in December 2019, 11 properties had been returned to the council, with eight ready for reallocation.

It was reported at the February 2019 meeting that there was the same number of vacant properties recorded last January.
