The Seven Kingdoms Isle of Man Orienteering Championships will be taking place this Saturday, September 12.

The event starts at 10am at the Tholt-y-Will Forest car park (near Sulby reservoir). Registration opens at 9am.

There are three course levels: Novice, intermediate and championship - with the novice course suitable for beginners, families and children.

Isle of Man Orienteering will be on hand prior to registration to assist competitors and offer basic training. Full details about the event are available at www.Orienteering.im
