Money laundering and drug-related charges, against Lindsay Marie Jago, aged 42, of Caryl Street, Liverpool, have been dismissed.

She had previously pleaded not guilty to possessing cannabis with intent to supply, possessing ketamine with intent to supply, and possessing criminal property.

The court heard that a deadline for phone analysis data to be provided by the police had not been met and the prosecution was subsequently offering no evidence.
