On Tynwald Day, July 5, people in the Isle of Man have the right to present a Petition for Redress of Grievenance to our politicians.
Such petitions can lead to changes in the law.
But to really work they have to capture the public’s attention and the best way to do that is with publicity in the media.
Our reporters would be delighted to hear from anyone planning to petition Tynwald as soon as possible - preferably some time before July 5 - to get a fuller understanding of the issues involved.
