Isle of Man Post Office is seeking a tenant to rent out part of its office space.

A newly refurbished purpose-built office located on the Spring Valley Industrial Estate on Cooil Road, Douglas, is available to rent with access being via the Post Office reception.

The 1,722 sq ft space, which was previously used by the Post Office, includes communal access to male, female and disabled toilets, a kitchen, a janitors’ room and a second floor boardroom.

There is also access to a garden and picnic bench at the rear of the suite with three car parking spaces available at an additional cost.

The rent is based on £13.50 per square ft with the IOMPO confirming that it has no plans to sell the premises.

The Post Office vehicle licensing team continue to be housed at the premises with a customer counter for the motor trade and emergency vehicle and driving transactions.
