Police have provided further details following a crash in the city centre this afternoon (Friday).

At 3pm, police and ambulance crews attended an incident on Athol Street involving a single vehicle.

The road remains shut, while the incident is dealt with, with traffic being diverted via Upper Church Street and Church Street.

Police have now provided an update to Isle of Man Today, confirming the road will remain closed until 4.30pm.

It is unclear as to whether anyone is injured following the crash.
