A road in Douglas has been closed this afternoon (Friday) following a crash.

Emergency services, including police and ambulance crews, are currently at the scene on Athol Street after what appears to be a single-vehicle collision.

The road has been shut while the incident is dealt with, with traffic being diverted via Upper Church Street and Church Street.

Isle of Man Today has contacted the Constabulary for further information.
