Tynwald’s environment and infrastructure policy review committee is due to hear evidence about bus services on Monday, March 29, at 3pm. The chairman of the Office of Fair Trading,  Martyn Perkins MHK, and John Peet, head of the Office of Fair Trading, will be questioned. The hearing will focus on the OFT’s investigation into ’demand-responsive’ bus services and related matters.  Earlier this week Mr Perkins told MHKs that an outside body might conduct that investigation on behalf of the OFT.The Legislative Buildings remain closed to the public during lockdown.The committee, staff and witnesses will all participate remotely. The hering will be broadcast live on the Tynwald website and the recording will also be made available after the session under the ’listen again’ section of the website.
