A cloudy start to the day but dry and brightening up during this morning, a fresh northwest wind will decreasing through the afternoon and evening, temperatures up to 9C

The wind will strengthen from the southeast tonight and rain will develop by morning, generally wet for the rest of the day tomorrow with some heavy rain for a time turning more showery by evening as the wind turns to the south or southwest, temperatures up to 11 or 12C
