The weather forecast from the Met Office:
Mostly dry and fairly bright today with just one or two isolated showers carried on the fresh or strong southwest winds. Top temperature 12°C.
Turning wet overnight, the rain will be heavy at times tomorrow morning and then easing off, gradually, by mid afternoon. Temperatures becoming mild for late October, reaching up to 15°C, although still with a strong wind from the southwest.
Less breezy for Friday with patchy rain at first, then bright intervals developing.
