Lianne McKee, aged 44, of First Avenue, Onchan, has denied three allegations.
She pleaded not guilty to common assault, disorderly behaviour on licensed premises, and property damage.
The offences are alleged to have been committed at the Heron pub on July 30.
She was represented in court by advocate Ian Kermode.
A pre-trial review will be held in summary court on November 2.
Bail continues.
