The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for frost.

The forecast:

A cold and frosty start today with the risk of some icy patches, but thereafter the day will be dry and bright with some hazy sunshine. The light and variable wind will settle to the west or southwest and freshen slightly this afternoon with a top temperature of 8°C.

Staying dry this evening & tonight with some clear spells and a light to moderate west to southwest wind. Minimum temperature near to 4°C.

Dry with the chance of some brightness to start the day tomorrow, before turning increasingly cloudy as the day goes on. Maximum temperature around 9°C in the mainly moderate west to southwest wind.

Tuesday will be cloudy with the threat of a little light rain and drizzle during the afternoon, although not amounting to very much. A light to moderate westerly breeze with highs of 9°C.
