Darryl Tweed claimed a convincing victory in the three-lap Ultra-lightweight Manx Grand Prix on Wednesday afternoon.
Tweed, who had been on course for a podium place in the day’s earlier Junior MGP until he ran out of petrol, won by more than a minute from Melton Mowbray’s Daniel Ingham.
The latter, on a Honda RVF, edged Alex Sinclair into third by just under nine seconds.
Tom Snow, Nigel Moore and Denmark’s Carsten Svendsen completed the top six.
