The final winter walking league race takes place round the NSC perimeter roadway this Sunday, incorporating the 10km and younger age group championships.
Signing on will in the clubhouse of promoting club Manx Harriers from 8.45am for a 9.30 scratch start.
Car parking is available at the rear of the clubhouse, accessible from the New Castletown Road, next to the Quarterbridge Hotel.
With four of the six rounds counting towards the Up & Running-sponsored league, any walker who already has three races under their belt can qualify.
Distances are 10km and 5km for seniors while juniors can race from 1km up to 10km depending on their age group.
Entry fees are £5 for club athletes, £7 for unattached walkers and £1 for those in the junior age groups.
All walkers will be made welcome and prizes for both the league and the championships will be presented later in the clubhouse, where refreshments will be served.

l The annual Firefighters Memorial Walk is to take place on Sunday, April 19.
The 50km event will start from Peel Fire Station at 8.30am and follow the northern route of the Parish Walk as far as Ramsey.
All proceeds from the event go to The Firefighters Charity.
