Douglas pulled off a stunning victory at league leaders Vale of Lune in North One West beating the Vale 31-24 in their own backyard on Saturday.
Tries from Bryn Snellgrove, Guy Wood, Nick Brooker, Craig McGee and Carl Murray plus three Snellgrove conversions saw Vale slip to their first defeat of the season and Douglas grab a much-needed bonus-point too.
Douglas remain in ninth place after the win as all those around them picked up victories too however they enter their rest week with big boost to their confidence.
