Moore Dixon Jaguars maintained their position at the top of squash’s A League after recording a 3-0 victory over the Tenacious Titans last week.

Joshua Green opened with a 3–0 win over Harvey Douglas, before Shaun Wyllie produced an excellent comeback against Chris Walton. Wyllie lost the opening two games but fought back to take the match 3–2.

Toby Woolard completed the Jaguars’ clean sweep with another five-game victory, defeating Dafydd Lewis 3–2.

Argosy also enjoyed a 2–1 victory over Phil Shaw Vehicles. David Norman defeated Hamish Thornton 3–1, before Malcolm Levy extended Argosy’s advantage with a convincing 3–0 win over Mark Webster-Smith.

Phil Shaw Vehicles pulled a match back through Robert Smith, who defeated Magnus Lamprecht 3–0.

The Tin Whisperers recorded a 2–1 win over Buchanan and Pitts Racketeers Buccaneers.

Thomas Whiteway and Damien Loughrey both secured straight-games victories, while Harrison Callow replied for the Buccaneers with a 3–1 win over Dasa Brynjolffssen.

Team Aon completed a 3–0 victory over Atla Storm. Ashley Sandyford-Sykes defeated Jason Crease 3–0, while Mason McLarney beat Fraser Dorling and Nathan Quilliam defeated Phil Butler, both in straight games.

Jaguars lead the standings on 24 points, two ahead of the Tin Whisperers, with Argosy third on 18.

B LEAGUE

Racketeers Pioneers claimed a 4–1 victory over CES Sharks in an entertaining B League encounter.

Dafydd Lewis and Fraser Dorling gave the Pioneers an early advantage, with Lewis winning 3–2 against Mike Hayler and Dorling defeating David O’Neill 3–0.

Aleyn Taggart then made it three successive victories with a straight-games win over Mark Stratford.

CES Sharks fought back through Greg Ansara who defeated Lee Alexander 3–2, but Ed Batty rubber-stamped the win for Racketeers Pioneers by beating Phil Whittam 3–2.

The match marked Batty’s return to competitive squash following a lengthy spell away from the sport due to football commitments.

Mavericks also recorded a maximum five points from their match against Outcasts, winning 5–0. Nathan Quilliam, Robert Smith, Magnus Lamprecht, Dasa Brynjolffssen and Harrison Callow all secured victories.

Racketeers Pioneers and Mavericks are level at the top of the B League standings on 36 points.

C LEAGUE

Crazy Jacks Barbershop produced a 5–0 victory over Junior Academy, with Max Birchall, Lee Alexander, Matt Ripley, Darren Smith and Tek Min Ewe all recording wins.

Island Tyres and Autocare also enjoyed a strong result, defeating Racketeers 4–1. Mark Stratford, Mark Grace, Peter Sharples and Leslie Callow were the winners for Island Tyres, while Charlie Beard secured Racketeers’ consolation point.

Racket Raiders edged a closely-fought contest against Dragons, winning 3–2. Dasa Brynjolffssen and Phil Whittam put Raiders in front before Dragons levelled through Keane Brentley and Courtney Gilardoni.

Wayne Taylor then secured the deciding point with a straight-games victory over Connor Joyce.

Crazy Jacks Barbershop and Island Tyres and Autocare share the C League lead on 38 points, with Racket Raiders third on 30.
