Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident in School Road, Onchan, which saw a boy pushed into the road by another boy as a ’joke’.
Officers say that a motorist who saw what happened spoke to the boy who had pushed the child and was verbally abused.
The incident took place at about 1.15pm on November 13.
