A businessman accused of driving on a closed road will face a two-day trial in the new year.
Robin Bromley-Martin, aged 67, of St Jude’s, has denied entering onto a closed road during the Festival of Motorcyling practices on August 20.
The incident is alleged to have taken place at the junction of Ballacrye Road and the main road, part of the TT course.
Mr Bromley-Martin is one of the businessmen behind the £100m Ramsey Marina project for a marina, hotel, piazza with restaurants, and housing scheme between the south harbour wall and the pier.
A trial date has been set for January 6 and 7. Bail continues.
