Police are investigating after a hit and run crash in Douglas.

Officers say ’considerable damage’ was caused to th passenger side of a Peugeot 207 parked in Close Cowley, Douglas.

It happened at about 9.30pm yesterday (Wednesday) when it is believed there were people in the area.

A police statement says: ’The offending vehicle did not stop at the scene and made off from the area.’
