A Peel woman who was stopped by police for driving erratically has admitted drink-driving.
Freyja Michaela Winifred Bibby, aged 29, of Slieau Whallian View, failed a breathalyser test with a reading of 97 - the legal limit is 35.
She will be sentenced on January 29 after a probation report has been completed.
Prosecutor Roger Kane told the Deputy High Bailiff that, on December 14 at 2.55am, police stopped Bibby on Ballanard Road in Douglas after her driving was said to be erratic.
She was said to be slurring her words and smelling of alcohol.
Defence advocate Kate Alexander asked for the report to be compiled, bearing in mind the high reading and time of the year were aggravating factors.
Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes ordered that the report should consider all options, including custody.
Bail was granted in the sum of £500 with a condition not to drive.
