Fire crews from Douglas and Laxey responded to a call out at 1am this morning to a single vehicle crash on the Creg-Ny-Baa back road.

The vehicle had left the road and fallen onto its side with three people inside, all occupants were not injured but could not exit the vehicle due to its unstable position.

Crews, who were in attendance for about 15 minutes, stabilised the car using stabilising equipment allowing the occupants to exit the vehicle safely.

Ramsey Station was also called out to a single vehicle crash this morning on the Tholt-Y-Will road nobody was injured but crews were requested to attend to make the vehicle safe. They were also in attendance for about 15 minutes.
