The Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service has responded to a callout at Ronaldsway Airport.

This afternoon three fire engines arrived at the scene to assist an aircraft which was struggling to land in the windy weather.

IoMFRS confirmed that all was well and that the units would return to their base in due course.
