Steven Melvin Truswell, aged 47, of no fixed abode, has appeared in court charged with five counts of fraud by false representation.

Duty advocate Deborah Myerscough said that Mr Truswell would be represented by David Clegg going forward and asked for an adjournment of three weeks saying that the case papers were sizeable.
He appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes on Tuesday.
The case was adjourned until February 18.
No bail application was made and he is remanded in custody.
