A nationwide arrest warrant has been issued after a wanted man fled to the UK in a fishing boat.
Kyle Molyneux, 24, is wanted by Manx police as part of an ongoing investigation.
Videos uploaded to Snapchat by Mr Molyneux showed him grinning and flexing his muscles while aboard a boat. It includes the message ’Less charm more [arm emoji] - laters [long-tail emoji]’
His whereabouts in the UK is still unknown.
A spokesman for the Manx Constabulary said: ’Police can confirm that Kyle Molyneux is believed to be currently off-island.
’An arrest warrant has been issued by the Isle of Man authorities.
’If Molyneux is located by UK police, he will be arrested and transported back to the Isle of Man.
’No further comment will be provided at this time as the investigation is ongoing.’
Police put out an appeal in mid-July for sightings of Mr Molyneux, who also goes by the name of Johnson, after he breached his court bail.
At that time, police said: ’Despite his best efforts to convince us otherwise, we know that he has not left the island.’
They warned that anyone who was knowingly habouring him would be committing an offence and would be dealt with robustly.
The nationwide arrest warrant, approved by the Manx authorities and a UK court, relates to a different investigation.
