Kyle Molyneux, 24, is wanted by Manx police as part of an ongoing investigation.
A nationwide arrest warrant was issued last month after he fled to the UK.
Videos uploaded to Snapchat by Mr Molyneux showed him grinning and flexing his muscles while aboard a boat.
A police spokesman confirmed that Mr Molyneux is still wanted.
