A Douglas teenager will face a court hearing on November 17 to settle a dispute over an incident at Noble’s Hospital.
Zachariah James Dean Moore, of Albany Road, has pleaded guilty to charges of damaging property and provoking behaviour.
But the 18-year-old disputes throwing punches at hospital porters during a row.
The court heard how, on June 10, police were called to a domestic incident involving Moore and his girlfriend, which resulted in Moore being taken to hospital. He was followed there by his girlfriend with the row continuing.
The couple left the hospital but argued in the car park where the teenager had to be restrained by porters after kicking a car.
Moore admitted the offences but said he had not thrown punches as the prosecution claimed.
