Andrew Fenton, aged 43, of Cronk Grianagh, Strang, has appeared in court charged with breaching a restraining order and two counts of making nuisance telephone calls.

Mr Peterson asked for a two-week adjournment to allow time for Fenton to appoint an advocate.
Prosecuting advocate Barry Swain told the court that he will be recommending that the case is committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery where the maximum sentence for breaching a restraining order is five years in custody.
Bail continues in the sum of £500 with conditions to live at his home address, not contact the complainants, not use social media or instigate anyone to use it on his behalf.
The case was adjourned until December 22.
