Michael Gregory Frank Ashton, aged 36, of Ballanoa Meadow, Santon, has denied three counts of indecent assault on a child.

He also pleaded not guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm.
Prosecuting advocate Rebecca Cubbon submitted that the case was too serious for summary court and should be committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
Defence advocate Paul Glover agreed that it should go to the higher court.
Deputy High Bailiff James Brooks declined jurisdiction and committal proceedings will take place on November 11.
Bail continues with conditions not to enter specified locations relating to the complainants.
