Police in Douglas are appealing for anyone with information relating to a burglary and arson at a snooker hall to come forward.
During the early hours of Wednesday August 26 a burglary occurred at Douglas Snooker Bar, Ballaquayle Road, Douglas, where items were taken from the club.
The following day, Thursday August 27, just after midnight, both police and the fire brigade were called to a report of an audible alarm sounding at the Snooker Club. On arrival they found part of the building on fire.
The fire was soon put out and Police can confirm that no persons were injured during either incident.
Police would like to speak to anyone who has any information on either the burglary or the arson.
