The Roads Policing Unit has seized 16 cars in the past two weeks.

Officers seized three cars last night, two of which were on UK registration plates.

The third car was being driven by a disqualified driver who had no insurance.

Both of the UK registered cars were owned by Manx residents who had made no attempt to have them tested/ taxed.

Officers said the cars seized had been done so for a ’multitude of reasons’.
