Police have re-opened roads in Douglas after what they’re calling an "incident".

The roads affected were:
Victoria Road with the junction of Princes Road
Victoria Road with the junction of Princes Road junction of Marathon Road and Lower Dukes Road.They have not explained what the 'incident' was.However, they say officers are still investigating the matter and will issue updates/appeals for witnesses as required.
